LAYOUT:
Level 1: Living area, dining area, kitchen, king bed room, common bathroom with standing shower.
Level 2: King master bedroom and en suite bathroom with shower-tub combination, Queen master bedroom and en suite bathroom with shower, Queen common bedroom, Bunk bedroom (Twin over full with trundle), Full bathroom with shower-tub combination.
MUST-KNOWS BEFORE YOU BOOK:
- If you have a credit card with travel insurance, use it to book. Otherwise, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for peace of mind.
- The primary guest must be at least 21 years old.
- No pets allowed. A $300 fine will be charged per pet.
- The driveway accommodates up to 4 vehicles. 13 additional parking spaces are available at the community pools on a first-come, first-served basis. For parking longer than 7 consecutive days, please contact the Host for a permit.
- No commercial vehicles, automobile, truck, boat, trailer, house trailer, mobile home, camper, etc. is allowed.
- Guests over 12 must wear armbands at the pools and beach pavilion. Armbands are available for purchase at the beach pavilion for $30/week per house, regardless of the number of guests.
- The community pool next to the property is heated until around Easter. The second pool (3 min walk from the property) is heated for Spring Break.
- A free tram to and from the beach runs daily from mid-May to mid-August, from 9 am to 4:30 pm. It picks up and drops off guests walking to the beach or waiting on the roadside, as long as there is available space.
- Our cleaner usually replaces the BBQ grill's propane tank when it runs out, but may not if on a tight schedule. If it runs out during your stay, please help by swapping the tank at a nearby store, and we’ll reimburse you.
- Due to local weather and natural conditions, pests and bugs may occasionally appear inside or outside, despite regular pest control and cleaning. This is beyond our control and not a cleanliness issue, so it’s not grounds for a refund.
- You must inspect the home on arrival and report any cleaning issues that same day. All other issues must be reported immediately when they occur. We do not issue refunds for issues reported after check‑out or for incidents that occurred days earlier but were not reported promptly.
RENTAL CONTRACT, PHOTO ID, AND DAMAGE DEPOSIT:
In light of past issues with fraudulent bookings, to protect our property and all guests, we require the following from the primary guest within 48 hours of booking (or immediately if check-in is within 48 hours).
1. Electronic signatures on the rental agreement
2. A government‑issued photo ID
3. A fully refundable damage deposit of $400, to be reserved on your card 1 day before arrival, and released about 1-3 days (up to 14 days) after check out.
All personal data is used solely for guest verification and is not shared with third parties. After booking, you will receive an email with a link starting with "orez" to complete these steps.
IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES:
- No tent allowed on the beach.
- No smoking/drug/event/party/loud music allowed. Quiet hours 9pm - 6am.
- No weapon allowed at the property. Do not leave your weapon behind. You will be entirely responsible for any injury or death caused by your weapon.
- Street parking, parking on grass or protruding into the street are PROHIBITED. Guests are responsible to pay fines if parking rules are violated.
- Trash MUST be bagged and put inside the closed bins, which must be kept in the side yard at all times. Unbagged trash will NOT be picked up. Guests will be responsible for a $80 charge by cleaner to remove loose trash from the bins and bag it.
- Use in-sink garbage disposal for small food remnants only.
- Do not put liquid dish soap in dish washer.
- Remove sand from clothing/towel before washing/drying.
- Do not wash white bedding and white towels with colored fabric.
- Extra fee will be charged for stubborn or unremovable linen stains or any item damaged or removed from the premise.

About the Owner
I have a great interest in interior decor and travelling. Hosting a vacation rental means I can do both yay! I purchased this house in 2022 and put my heart and soul in renovating it without any help from professional designers or decorators. I think money may or may not bring joy; however, travel definitely makes us happier. It gives us an opportunity to step outside our well-worn, self-constructed realities and provides a platform to explore ourselves - who we might be when we are not anxious about safety, security and status. Being in the travel business make me feel like I am a life improver. I am happy when my guests are happy.
